The anxiety & nervousness bout marriage, about the change in lifestyle, and ignorance & fear about sexual relations – lead to anxiety or depression.
1. Talk with the patient, in privacy, but preferably in presence of a senior family member or a friend in whom the patient can confide. Explain about marriage and its needs educate him/her about sexual relations, to remove the fear from his/her mind. 2. T. ALPRAX 0.25mg HS or BD if necessary (Tranquiliser = 4D)
